Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your medical care.

If you are not using insurance, you are entitled to receive an estimate of the total expected cost of services.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling or during the course of treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
