About High Ground Psychology

Why High Ground?

High Ground is about perspective: being able to step back, see things more clearly, and intentionally move forward. In many aspects of life, we continuously seek higher ground to gain clarity and a better vantage point, so that we can respond as effectively as possible. My aim is to help you find your high ground, in whatever part of your life you seek it.

My Approach

My clinical work focuses on helping to navigate the impact of burnout, relationship difficulties, critical incident stress, or difficulty feeling present or connected outside of work.

In therapy, my approach is practical, direct, grounded in science, and deeply human. I focus on helping you understand patterns, shift what isn’t working, and build something more sustainable. I love to incorporate humor where appropriate, and I believe that blending evidence-based interventions with a solid therapeutic relationship leads to the most tangible change.
