  • I work with first responders and individuals in high-demand roles, including law enforcement, fire, EMS, as well as those navigating high levels of stress, burnout, or relational strain.

  • I offer individual therapy for adults, and I offer a limited number of couples therapy slots. Sessions are 50-60 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or at a pace that fits your needs.

    My work often focuses on:

    • Stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion

    • Relationship and communication challenges

    • Processing critical incidents or cumulative stress

    • Navigating identity shifts and life transitions

    • Redefining your sense of purpose, or your “why” behind the job

  • I am currently a private-pay provider, with a session fee of $150 per 50-60 minute session.

    I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Because every plan is different, I can’t guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you. I recommend contacting your insurance carrier directly to learn more about your out-of-network benefits.

    You are welcome to use your HSA card for payments, but eligibility is determined by your HSA provider/IRS guidelines. I recommend checking with them to see if mental health services are covered.

  • I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located in Texas.

  • I’ve built my career around working with first responders, which means I have an understanding of the culture, demands of the job, and the ways it can impact both your work and your life outside of it.

    I combine evidence-based practices with a straightforward, human approach. Just real conversations that lead to meaningful change, without the fluff or overly-robotic approach.

  • As a licensed psychologist, I do not prescribe medication. . If medication may be helpful as part of your care, I can provide referrals to a qualified prescribing provider, such as a psychiatrist, to ensure you receive comprehensive support.
